Welcome to Starling Stays, your source for luxury short and long term rentals in some of the most desirable destinations around the world. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience during your stay, and we ask that you help us to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

1. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our properties. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and all other forms of smoking. Smoking is also prohibited on all balconies, patios, and outdoor areas.
2. Pets: We are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations in some of our properties. However, please be advised that not all of our properties are pet-friendly, and there may be additional fees associated with bringing your pet. If you plan to bring your pet, please let us know in advance so that we can ensure that you are placed in a pet-friendly property.
3. Noise: Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Loud music, parties, and other disturbances are strictly prohibited.
4. Guests: The number of guests in each property is limited to the number of guests specified in your booking confirmation. If you plan to have additional guests, please let us know in advance so that we can ensure that you are placed in a property that can accommodate your group.
5. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Please report any damage to us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
6. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive mess or dirtiness may result in additional cleaning fees.
7. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
   
   

By booking with Starling Stays, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time if you are found to be in violation of these rules, without refund.
